Many retail stores get their products from other countries because of the cheap labor. You have to be very careful when doing this, because you usually only get what you pay for.

A large shipment of fur coats arrived and was sent to the different retail chains that had ordered them. A lady very familiar with the retail business, was admiring a new fur coat her friend had just purchased from J.C. Penney. She looked at the coat, then looked at their pet dog, and couldn't help notice some of the similar features between the coat and the dog.

After some investigation, it turned out that the shipments imported were actually made from the fur of Raccoon Dogs. The retail stores were horrified by the mistake, and immediately took the coats off the rack to send them back.

Someone at J C Penny had a different idea. They took a black marker and altered the tags in the coats: What once said "Raccoon Dog" now said just "Raccoon Dog".
