BET 2009 Awards - very good this year!Tuesday, June 30th, 2009The 2009 BET Awards were very good this year! T-Pain's Big Ass Chain cost almost $500,000 Travis Barker is the coolest drummer. Jamie Foxx - Always amazing! Soulja Boy Tell 'em - big bed and britches Beyonce's performance was so beautiful it gave me chill bumps and made me cry! She mixed Ava Maria with Sarah McLoughlin's song 'In the arms of an angel" and her dress they built on her was just incredible! Jamie Foxx brought back Ms Shenana and Wanda from In Living Color for a movie spoof "Skank Robbers" skank-movie.com Keith Sweat, BBD - Bell Biv Devoe, and OJays were a total surprise. Jay-Z had the best background video with all of the glass shattering and things blowing up. Maxwell - somebody watching me? No, but such a beautiful voice it made Jamie "moist"? Janet Jackson showed up but kept it short. Jamie Foxx and Ne-Yo sang tribute to Michael Jackson. A very good show this year, I just wish TI was there to get his Viewers Choice award. -- Gary Wright II |
