Kung Fu David Carradine dead at age 71Friday, June 12th, 2009Okay Young Grasshopper, I am totally shocked by the death of Kung Fu master David Carradine! The New York Daily News reported, "Thai authorities have ruled Carradine's June 4 death a"sex accident" due to autoerotic asphyxiation gone wrong. The"Kung Fu" actor, 72, was found with his wrists, neck and genitals bound by a rope." It goes on to say, "The photos of David Carradine's body printed in a Thai tabloid show the actor wearing what appear to be fishnets and a wig," I thought Elvis dying on a toilet was a horrible way to die.... For some reason, my mind just refuses to mesh the image of David in a wig and fishnets. David was actually a very brilliant man, and I hope that people will remember his legacy, and not just the way he died. -- Gary Wright II |
