Three Atlanta Rappers are giving back to their communitySaturday, December 23, 2006In a previous post, I told you about the good deeds done by Ludacris and Young Jeezy. Atlanta rapper "T.I." recently spent a couple of days giving back to the community: "T.I." spent time visiting a child with leukemia, giving him several PlayStation-3 games. The eleven year old boy will remember the event for the rest of his life. The next day "T.I." gave away 200 bicycles to children in the Boys and Girls Club. The Boys and Girls Club in New Orleans will receive a $10,000 donation from T.I.'s "King Foundation" I love these guys! For these artists, it is not about "tax write-offs" or generating publicity. They are excellent role models for celebrities and other people who have been blessed with plenty of money. Thanks guys - The ATL loves you!!! |

"If ever we find ourselves with nothing in common, let us start by remembering that we all look up at the exact same moon. Our common ground is right there in the sky. Let's start at the moon, and then work our way back down to earth."
